Florine Chatellard

Senior Legal Advisor at Harpers Legal, Florine Chatellard advises both individuals and businesses on their legal matters in France and Monaco.

A former French notary, she has extensive expertise in real estate law, planning law, construction law and civil wealth law.

Her practice notably covers complex real estate transactions such as acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial properties, real estate development projects, as well as issues relating to planning and construction contracts. She also advises on family law and succession law matters, particularly in the context of wealth transfers, international family situations or the coordination of estates opened abroad.
