Nicolas Champigny-Maya heads the employment law department of Harpers Legal.
He advises companies, executives and employers on all matters relating to employment law and labour relations.
After several years of experience in-house, he practiced as a lawyer for nearly ten years within Paris-based law firms specialised in employment law. Since 2023, he has also been advising on Monegasque employment law.
His experience enables him to provide clients with a legal, strategic and operational approach to employment-related issues.
He notably assists companies in structuring their HR practices, securing their decisions and managing employment relationships. Nicolas also advises private employers on the management of their employment obligations, particularly in relation to domestic staff or in-home employees.
