Her practice also covers real estate investments in a cross-border context, particularly between France and the Principality of Monaco. She advises clients on the tax structuring of their investments, the organization of their assets and the management of their reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions. She also assists in transactions involving the acquisition or disposal of companies or business assets in the Principality.

Originally from Monaco and with experience gained within Parisian and Monegasque law firms, she provides her clients with technical expertise combined with an in-depth understanding of the local tax environment.
